The resort's design represents a new urban experience that merges contemporary design with Mediterranean architecture, offering high-end coastal homes. All north-facing homes are designed to encourage light and increase views while maintaining the magical northern breeze in coastal homes.

The Med North Coast project offers luxurious standalone villas, twin houses, townhouses, and chalets with flexible three payment plans starting from a 10% downpayment up to 8 years installments.

The resort also features The Waterfall Lagoons, a serene water spine, and The River Walk, a curated walking experience of sounds and sights that lead to the beach. By the Beach, a Mediterranean town experience, features restaurants, small shops, two luxury boutique hotels, and nightlife experiences right on the beach.
